Responsibilities:

  • Conduct investigations into commercial and general insurance claims (Motor / Non-Motor / Property & Casualty / Marine)
  • Examining and analyzing causes, nature and extent of loss / damage
  • Prepare reports to Principals in an accurate and timely manner
  • Responds to from clients, intermediaries, insured policyholders, and third parties with a sense of urgency
  • Effectively manage external experts, third party providers, contractors, etc.
     

Requirements:

  • Candidates should hold at least SPM/O-level / Diploma/ Bachelor’s Degree
    Preferably 2 years of loss adjusting working experience. However, fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Candidates with insurance qualifications are encouraged to apply / Basic Certificate Course in Insurance Loss Adjusting (BCCILA) or equivalent is preferred (Not compulsory)
  • Excellent organizational skills, prioritization, and management skills - able to handle a variety of workload
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills / Bilingual in English and another language
  • Analytical and a problem solver – to evaluate information, identify problems and create solutions efficiently
  • A team player with the ability to work independently 
  • Positions are opened to be based both in Malaysia / Singapore
