Job Description

  • Responsible to manage end to end recruitment activity for key Technical Role for the formation of Digital Transformation Project including preparing technical job descriptions
  • Source candidate profile from various channels to ensure constant supply of resume pool to fill up vacant role
  • Perform pre-screening of resumes to analyze applicants’ IT abilities, skills and qualifications for the role
  • Interview candidates combining various methods (e.g. structured interviews, technical assessments and behavioral questions)
  • To coordinate and work closely with cross functional members of management team and Group HR in ensuring candidate on boarding occurs smoothly
  • Represents the organization on various platforms and channels to promote company brand to attract diversify talent
  • To identify and develop new sourcing channels to obtain candidate profile as per business requirements
  • Update senior management on progress, performance and initiatives on monthly/weekly basis
  • Keeps up-to-date with new trends and products specifically in the financial industry

Requirement:

  • Minimum 3 to 5 years’ experience working in technology start-up or finance/bank overseeing recruitment function
  • Degree from a reputable university in HR or Psychology or relevant studies
  • Strong leadership characteristic and excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with social media and other professional network platforms
  • Good understanding of Employer Branding strategies
  • Proven work experience as a Technical Recruiter
