Job Descriptions:

• Lead a team to plan content, editing short video, shooting video and advertising on short video.
• Responsible to training and manage your team members to improve their skills.
• Responsible for producing relevant short videos on time and with high quality, and responsible for the output quality and operation effect of short video content.
• Collect and analyse data in time accordingly to make adjustment on content strategy and to optimize the data.

Job Requirements:

• 2 years above of working experience in planning whole process of short video editing, content and shooting.
• Video shooting and editing skills is a must.
• Have experience in operate TikTok, Dou Yin accounts is preferred.
• Possess strong Creative Thinking, expert in marketing content and short video and can catchup different points from the consumer’s needs and to create the content, short video that can targeted consumers.
• Strong executive, cheerful personality, good in communication skills, high sense of responsibility, and have a good ability to resist pressure.
